Job Overview

The Mining Safety Officer will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of safety programs at Midroc’s Mekelle mining site. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update site‑specific safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.

• Provide safety training and toolbox talks to all personnel, ensuring comprehension and compliance.

• Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation for internal and regulatory review.

Education

Salary
