The Senior Laboratory Technician will play a critical role in our diagnostic facilities in Jimma. Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced biochemical, hematological, and microbiological tests with high precision.
- Supervise junior laboratory staff and ensure all diagnostic protocols are strictly followed.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot sophisticated laboratory instrumentation.
- Manage laboratory inventory and ensure the availability of essential reagents and supplies.
- Implement and monitor rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) programs.
- Document and report all test results accurately within the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Ensure compliance with all national and international biosafety and health regulations.

Education

Salary
