You will work closely with our development teams to identify and resolve accessibility issues, and you will also provide training and support to our customers on how to use our products in an accessible way.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Accessibility Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and experience in accessibility testing and remediation. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services are accessible to people with disabilities, and you will work closely with our development teams to identify and resolve accessibility issues.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1). You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you will be able to work effectively in a team environment.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in accessibility testing and remediation. You must also have a strong understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct accessibility testing and remediation on our products and services
  • Work closely with our development teams to identify and resolve accessibility issues
  • Provide training and support to our customers on how to use our products in an accessible way
  • Develop and maintain accessibility standards and guidelines for our products and services
  • Collaborate with our accessibility team to identify and prioritize accessibility issues
