Job Overview
The Solar PV Systems Integration Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, engineering, and delivering high‑performance solar power plants throughout Ethiopia. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and integration of solar PV systems, including layout planning, electrical schematics, and performance modeling.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of project schedules and specifications.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and grid impact analyses to optimize system performance.
- Develop detailed engineering documents, such as single‑line diagrams, wiring lists, and protection settings.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing phases, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.
- Collaborate with utility partners and regulatory bodies to secure interconnection agreements and permits.
- Implement monitoring and control strategies using Siemens digital platforms to maximize energy yield.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during operation and maintenance phases.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVSyst, Helioscope, SAM) and electrical CAD tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven approach to performance optimization.

Education

Experience

Salary
