Job Overview
The Field Service Engineer will be the frontline technical expert responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Dell hardware solutions across the Dire Dawa region and surrounding areas. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction, minimizing downtime, and upholding Dell’s reputation for reliability. Key Responsibilities

- Document service activities, generate detailed reports, and update the service management system in real time.

- Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely availability.

Required Skills

Education
