Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute sustainable agriculture projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate project impact on environmental sustainability and community livelihoods.
• Develop training programs for farmers on climate-smart agricultural techniques.
• Prepare detailed reports for internal review and donor compliance.
• Coordinate with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and resource allocation.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in agricultural project management with a focus on sustainability.
• Strong understanding of Ethiopian agricultural policies and rural development challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-cultural communication skills.

Education
